Do you offer day passes & walk-ins?

Day passes are $20 a day. A Day Pass can be purchased in person at the front desk between the hours of 7am-8pm Monday- Thursday and 7am-2pm Friday-Sunday. Want a day pass after hours? You can purchase one from the membership page!

I signed up for the gym - how do I get in?

Follow the link that was emailed to you in your welcome email to access your RhinoFit App (check your spam!).Once you login to your app, click your name/picture and select “Barcode” from the drop down menu. Scan the barcode on the door access reader located in the window, wait about 3-4 seconds and the door should slightly pop open and unlock.

How do I cancel my membership?

Email us at newrootspt@gmail.com. Cancellations must be requested with at least a two weeks notice to your membership payment date.

What’s your class schedule?

We offer Strength & Conditioning classes Monday - Thursday at 5:00am, 6:00am, 9:00am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm. Fridays at 5:00am, 6am, 9am, & 12pm, and Saturdays at 8:30am.

GPP+ classes are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8am.

Interested in joining? Your first class is free.

Just dropping in for a class? It’s a $30 drop-in fee and can be purchased at the gym.

I’m an independent personal trainer, can I train clients here?

Can I switch memberships or add group classes to my membership?

Definitely! Email newrootsfitco@gmail.com and we will help you get set up with a membership that works best for you.

Can I freeze my gym membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership if you’re planning on being gone for a month or longer. The freeze fee for 24/7 Gym is $15 and the freeze fee for Class Memberships are $20. Email us with the date you’d like to start your freeze and we’ll take care of the rest.
